Lake Tsuburo is a 5-minute walk from Fukubatake.
Lake Tsuburo is an artificial lake created by damming a dam. It is a beautiful
lake where you can enjoy cherry blossoms in spring and autumn leaves in
autumn.
Lake Tsuburo is famous for bass fishing , attracting anglers from all over
the country.
You can also enjoy smelt fishing from March to November.
There are also pleasure boats and rental boats on Lake Tsuburo.
You can enjoy cruising for about 30 minutes on the pleasure boat.
Rental boats include fishing boats and paddle boats.

※The pleasure boat runs daily at 11:00 and 14:00. No reservation required. Boat rental reception starts at 6:30. Return time is 16:30.
There is also a canoe competition facility on Lake Tsuburo, where the World
Masters Games are scheduled for 2027.
There is also a trial class for canoe beginners.
